June 22, at 7: Yah all need to grow the fuck up!! You people act like the child is a damn meal ticket.. If you are the parent and want information and can not obtain it yourself-you are a fool! Either both parents work together for the best interest of the child -meaning lose the power trips- or file motions to enforce-motion of contempt and back to court ya go.. Again if the social is required the other parent has every damn reason to know why and in the event where opening a savings account for instance can bring undue pressure onto a home with physical custody under federal housing-can fuck that up.. The other parent has every right to partake in ANY legal affairs-hospital trips-doctors appointments etc… You guys need to stop thinking about your wallets and start thinking about your behavior and how it effects the child.
How to Determine Who Will Win Child Custody
Mar 4, Share No one goes to the altar expecting to end up divorced, but it’s a distressingly common occurrence nonetheless. Couples get together with the very best of intentions, full of hopes and dreams, white picket fences, 2. A life together, a future as a team, and perhaps some little people added to the mix. That’s what was running through my head when I walked up the aisle almost 18 years ago, anxious, teary and excited to take the next step in my life with the woman I loved.
Also, if you are dating a single dad with full custody, you will have to be prepared for sharing his ‘availability’ with his kids. And it shall not be an equitable distribution. Not always.
April 28, at 2: When my ex left the state of Florida 2 yars ago the juge aknowledged she broke the law. Did he do anything about it? Sorry I just made your life SUCK but know you did an excellent job as you are the runner up and loose everything to her. Now a year after given that order I have seen the inside of a court 3 times as much as I have my children as she has dragged me into court in Chicago now to ask a judge to not give me ANY visitation or communication ever again only on the grounds of abiguous commentary and accusations.
Angel, your right the attornies are out for themselves, the courts are out for the mother and the father is fighting for the best interest of the children and left holding an empty bag. We are better off pulling our resources, going to congress and changing the laws to send any violator of a court order to be punished for their crime as a misdeminor at the least.
I have been told that many times from those I have tried to get to enforce a court order as well as friends in law enforcement. The laws do NOT allow them to get involved unless a physical altercation happens. Even with what I have spent with attorney fees I have had only one of the attories ever show to court as I have had to deal with all of the court cases on my own.
So much for the paper the laws and court orders are written on.

February 15, at 5: I am male I have a son his mother lives with me. About 3 months ago a little girl told her mom she was afraid of me and said I rubbed her back to hard during nap time. The next week her cousin was moved to a different classroom. And her cousins mother had been in and out of the directors office all that week.
This was scarey because this is what I was taught by the center and all the sudden we had to stop. I felt vulnerable and also felt like the center had been doing things wrong. Well At the start of the next week the director told me that she had to file a complaint with me to licensing as a protocol and that I had nothing to worry about.
Well later that week she had brought me in and just outwardly told me the situation saying the little girls cousin told her mom I put a hand in her pants at nap time. I started crying in front of the directo and was scared for my life. I instantly regretted going into childcare and all I could think about was my son and how this could effect my family. And the director was assuring me that it was okay and she actually kept me updated on the case. She said the child was interviewed and said nothing and that all the other people who were interviewed had good things to say about me.
You would think I had nothing to worry about.
